Edwin as Robin Hood

Another of the male cards I've made for January birthdays. I've had this stamp a while but not actually made a card with it yet - think it was last years Magnolia Spring Kit.

Image is coloured with ProMarkers; the Papers are from one of the Daisy & Dandelion collections [I think - must write this info down and bring to work with me!!]. Buttons are just randoms from stash and have embroidary silk tied on. The greeting is one from the Clare Curd greetings set

My First House Mouse Card

I bought my first set of House Mouse stamps with some money I had for Christmas and this is my first card using them. 4 out of the 5 birthdays I have to make cards for in January are male ones which, as with most people, aren't my favourite so thought I'd try something a bit different to the usual male themes!

Xmas Cards!

Another quick post - just putting on my Xmas cards from last year - don't think I'll put all of them on, just some of my favourites!! Rather than describing indiviually - they are all Tilda images, obviously!, coloured with PM's. Papers are all from the Percy & Penelope range and the greetings are digi-stamps from Cuddly Buddly. Any embossing / die-cutting is done on my Cuttlebug!

Just a Quickie!

Quick post whilst I'm on lunch break at work with three cards I made before Xmas. My plan is that I put my card pics on a USB stick so I can bring them to work and update my blog from here if I don't get chance at home!

New Year, New Start....

Hmmm, well I think the fact that I still have my Halloween background says it all really. Yes, my blog has been neglected again for nearly 3 months and this time I don't have the excuses of moving house and a broken-ankled mother to explain myself - it is simply due to making Xmas cards, Xmas cards and more Xmas cards! Yes I have been crafting, just not uploading proof of it! Needless to say my one of my New Years resolutions is to keep my blog up to date! So, hopefully over the next week I will have the backlog of pics to upload up to date and may even have evidence of new cards made already this year. I've spent the last couple of days sorting out my craft room and now even have colour-sorted flowers and ribbons packed into lovely Poundland boxes and I even made a desk shelf too - just need to get some compartmented boxes for my eyelets and brads etc now and when it's all done to my liking I'll pop some pics on. Anyway, I'm off to find a new, more appropriate for this time of year, background, and WILL be back soon with pics!
